We're one of the worlds most popular internet cafe software company and we're looking to develop an eBook that we can give away to potential customers and use as a lead generation tool. Our goal is to make this eBook THE definitive guide on starting and managing an internet cafe or gaming center.
I'm not sure about the length - but I would say a minimum of 30-50 pages would qualify for a decent sized ebook. I would estimate 8-10 chapters. It can be longer, it just depends on what it takes to get the message across.
There will also be a research component to this project, in terms of coming up the topics and chapters for the book. We can provide some guidelines, but we'll really be expecting you to come up with the meat and potatoes (There are plenty of resources online for this purpose). It would be great if you could also create diagrams and images to illustrate certain things, such as in the example.
Preference will be given to Native English language speakers, however I will consider strong foreigner proposals. The writer should have business acumen, a powerful command of the english language, and have a good familiarity with technology (though it's not necessary that you are technical). Bonus if you are a gamer or active within the gaming center or internet cafe community.
It would also be great if you could also provide formatting and cover design.
