I am looking for an INDIVIDUAL to join my team LONG TERM as my WORDPRESS WEB DESIGN/DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE to lead the web design/development branch of my growing business.
I am a good employer (check my reviews) and want only the highest quality wordpress web designer/developers to apply.
Again, I require an INDIVIDUAL.
Requirements:
1. Must be a WORDPRESS EXPERT.
You will need to be able to accomodate any and all of my wordpress web design needs or I will not be satisfied.
I will require you to redesign my current website with a custom WP theme and implement that custom WP theme onto the rest of my web sites
2. Must be an AWEBER EXPERT
You will need to create and duplicate a few different Aweber forms as well as integrate them into my site(s).
3. Must be a CREATIVE ARTIST with my sites
You will need to come up with and implement professional looking color schemes throughout my site, including the Aweber forms
4. Must be aften available to work during my business hours of (roughly) 9AM- 4PM EST (14:00 - 21:00 UTC)
I understand that because of time differences, it will be difficult to completely coordinate our schedules and that is alright.
But, I do require someone to be available as often as possible during my working hours so that we are able to work together on my projects.

**I am growing my business and if I am happy working with you, I would like to instal you as an executive in my company to head the all my companies web design/development needs.**
Because of the volume and potential for long term work and the opportunity for growth within my company, I would like start your pay <$4/hour with different performance based bonuses. That rate is negotiable depending on the qualifications of the contractor and as my business grows I will have no problem renegotiating your contract.
