I have a current wordpress theme that i need to have reskinned using CSS. I have the new design (image files & CSS) ready....I just need someone to build the wordpress theme using the new CSS. This should be mostly CSS / HTML work and very little underlying Wordpress/PHP work.
When you apply, please provide me with examples of Wordpress designs & CSS work that you have done and the conversions to real working websites.
