i need someone experienced to create a wordpress plugin.
Basically, the site buys and sells advertisment, mainly layer ads.
Process :
Publisher can join the site ( needs to confirm emailadress ),
then logs in to members area.
Gets HTML Code, can now insert it into his webpage
Advertisers can buy ads on the site, pay with paypal and then their ads is being shown on the publishers site.
Features :
categories of sites
IP location ( for example : show ads only in Germany )
Tracking of Ads :
Number of Impression
CTR
If your work is good, this can turn into on going work relationship.
I am looking to build up a mobile ad network.
