I'm looking for a WordPress developer with a lot of interest in (or passionate about) CSS and JavaScript. You do *not* need to be an expert (in any of these), but need to an active learner of these with good communication skill. Looking for someone who doesn't need to be reminded about the updates.
I can't afford too much hourly rate. So, please give your best hourly rate. The current job doesn't have too much work. However I'm always looking for someone with the above skills (or someone who keeps improving those).
