I am looking for someone who is experienced with wordpress management. Most content will be provided, but you will need to be able to look at existing categories from current sites and mix them up a little on the new blogs.
You will also need to understand and know how to interlink different pages and sites.
You need to be able to look at some existing sites and see how we have categories and then create categories and tags on the new sites, and then add the content to the sites.
You need to be organized and efficient and know how to do this in an assembly line style so that you can turn out sites with 20-30 pages (including the category and tag pages) in just a couple hours each.
This is ongoing and can be fulltime for the right person, rates, ability, but we are looking at about 20 hours per week to start. I am looking for someone who has experience in this and does not need their hand held, who can look at current setups and be able to mimic it and get the new sites done.
It is critical that you REALLY understand wordpress and can systematize the work. You will have to install a couple plugins per site, but you will basically be following a check list except where you will need to be able to think for yourself on doing linking and such.
If you can spin articles (good quality, readable, American English spins), then you can have more hours!
