We are wanting to start with 1 Word Press Adsense Site, generating at least 20$ per day immediately. There is an opportunity for long term work with additional sites. The company plan is set at 10 for now, and possibly more.
Your responsibility will be:
* Provide an overview plan, including phases and timeline before starting
* Keyword phrase research (3-5 keyword phrases) - [NO Adult, Violence, or Drug Niches]
* Build SEO WordPress site that is Adsense optimized to promote strong CTR
* Provide content for site that is SEO optimized with chosen keywords. All Content MUST be ORIGINAL and pass Copyscape!
* Perform off-site SEO, SEM tasks (including Article Marketing) to get site to page 1 of Google. This will be done in a legitimate and legal manner to produce long term results. (ABSOLUTELY NO BLACK or GREY HAT METHODS)
* Traffic and CTR must be unique and organic. (NO BOTS, or TRAFFIC FROM PURCHASE SITES!)

* Provide references and previous websites that you have created.
* Must be a good Communicator (This is CRITCAL!)
* Hard Worker
* Ability to talk on Skype - (email, IM, and ODesk will not be enough. I can accommodate time zone difference)
My responsibility will be:
* Purchase of domain name based upon your suggestion from Keyword Research
* I will provide Adsense code to your specs
Total amount will be paid only after at least $20 per day in my AdSense account for at least 1 month will be posted. Payment will be hold for 30 days until this has been confirmed.
No Partial or upfront payment - When conditions have been applied successfully, you will be paid in full.
