This project will encompass a refresh of an existing real estate project for our sales + marketing activity. The audience is residential homebuyers
The existing site looks is a few steps below what we want the finished product to look like. Components of the refresh are:
- improved design aesthetic (needs more a polished feel)
- improved image transitions
- consisten font integration throughout site (would like to utilize type kit)
- image gallery
- panoramic view showcase (4 views)
- registration page that feeds into our database (extremely critical that this is done accurately)
- blog integration and calendar with social media tools
- floor plate module with pop ups
As this is an existing site, the framework of how the site needs to be laid out is already determined, so the work path is defined and takes the majority of design time out of this project.
The coding needs to be extremely clean as well, as it is not currently.
There is a potential bonus for successful completion on time with a great design refresh that exceeds my expectations. I want to be impressed with the level of care taken!
