At Statesman Business Advisors, we are looking for an outside source to provide routine monthly maintenance for our existing website. Our current website is operational through Joomla 1.5.15. On average, we would require one to three text narrative updates each month. We would provide the text that would need to be updated on the website. Our website also includes graphic marketing pieces (tombstones) that highlight the closure of recent transactions. To date, we have created these tombstones internally through microsoft publisher. A review of these tombstones will show that they have not been created in a uniform manner. We are looking for someone who can design a tombstone template that will need to be updated periodically. Our goal is to create tombstones in a consistent format each time (ie, same fonts, same size, etc). We would provide the company logos and text information that need to be inserted for each updated tombstone. Finally, we utilize Constant Contact. com to send email blasts each time we have an update on our website. We are looking to have a template only created in Constant Contact.com that we will update internally.
