OVERVIEW:
I am seeking a price estimate on creating a website and a Facebook application that integrates with it. I need:
a) hourly rate
b) estimate of how many hours it may take (it's ok to give a range)
I am NOT ready to purchase these services but when I am ready I will return to your estimates to choose the service provider.

WHAT I NEED IN THE FACEBOOK APPLICATION THAT INTEGRATES INTO THE WEBSITE
*The Facebook application will have access to all service providers registered on the website, will have all of the features of the website but includes the following:
a) it happens within Facebook (no new sign-in is necessary but new service providers must still fill out their additional profile with the 10 pull-down menus and text boxes)
c) allows customers to "like" certain service providers and make their list of service providers public, private or available only to friends
d) allows customers to comment on service providers
d) notify friends when a user likes a new service provider
e) have a send button to send content to friends, a smaller group than all their friends if they wish
e) use profile data, if users have given permission, to access users likes, interests, activities and recommend content and service providers
