I have the need to hire someone to design about 60-70 website per year. I do my own web development now but my computer repair shop has become very busy and I can not handle the work load.
The sites I design are usually pretty simple, 6-7 pages built on Drupal or Wordpress. Semi custom theme, with some photos, content and a contact form. Very simple. I charge a flat rate for 6 pages of $700. I need someone who can produce web sites like this so I can still make a profit (and of course I will handle all client contact and send the work over) I am not looking to make a fortune on this, but I don't want to lose these clients.

You can see each site has a image slideshow (I use nivo slider for this) and is pretty basic. You are responsible for creating the themes and building out the content and photos. I use Artisteer to create these themes so very little code work is needed. I will try to upsell additional pages so we can all make more money on this.
Like I said before I can get 2-3 websites per month and probably more so this is a very steady position for the right person.
