Responsible for the design, programming, deployment and administration of a web application to facilitate the employee on boarding process.
The application will have the following elementscapabilities:
1. Front-end or marketing piece outlining the features and benefits and the following:
i. Video demo of the app - how it works.
ii. Sign up now feature.
iii. Pricing.
iv. Shopping cart linked to merchant account.
v. Automatically assign user id and company administrative rights to user.
vi. Email notification.
2. The application, Employee On boarding with esign integration. For many of the small employers in the US the process of completing paper work properly has proven difficult for the employee and employer alike. This automated process with begining with the employer hiring the employee within the application and providing an email address as well as other pertinent information. The employee receives an email asking for them to complete and sign the forms via esign (US Law) upon completion the employer and employee receives signed copies. The product should be available for further application build out to deal with the following:
i) Benefits enrollment
ii) Employee handbook distribution
iii) Other company information
iv) All need them to be signed for and acknowledged as reveled by the employee.
v) In addition the application will have an optional efiling system online where the documents can be stored.
vi) All data should be available for data import for third parties - spec to follow.
