We are currently a company in the USA, In need of a person or another company that can be our web designer. We provide a wide verity of services and looking to add building and providing website design to our list of services. We prefer the designer to not use a content manager for the end result. We have had issues with content managers in the past.
Requirements
- Must have knowledge in HTML, PHP, SQL, javascript, and CSS
- Must be able to create a single Page in less than 2 hours
- Be able to give mock-ups of a design
- Must be understanding to long pauses in-between jobs
- Accept multiple request to change the design submitted
- Willing to work with websites that have already been designed.
