We need to build a web-based training management system, with the following modules:
1) user module: the users might be training company owners
2) course management module: add/edit/delete courses
3) students management module: add/edit/delete students, query student information based on various conditions
4) teacher management module: sames as students
5) teaching management module: add/edit/delete courses for each student, add/edit/delete courses for each teacher
6) human resources management module: manage teacher salaries and hiring
7) finance module: manage student payments, payment reminder, etc.
8) recruit module: recruit students and marketing/sales
9) admin module: manage user monthly payments, send notifications, etc.
The project can be development in English, but we need to translate it into Chinese. So we need a particular file to store the translation information.
