We're looking for an experienced, UK based personal assistant to handle our
new customer enquiries, appointment setting and manage the delivery of our
products.
You will be responsible for managing the process our leads go through from
enquiry to purchase and then setting up the delivery of their purchases.
Duties include:
-Transcription of voicemail enquiries into infusionsoft.
-Appointment setting via email.
-Scheduling of teleseminars
-Project management; you will be overseeing the delivery of a complex,
but largely automated product/service.
Necessary skills:
Perfect English, written and spoken, is a must.
Experience with infusionsoft is extremely helpful.
Applicants must have excellent organisational skills and be able to work
independently.
You must also be able to follow instructions to the letter as our business
is highly systemised.
Experience in project management is definitely a big bonus.
