UK Firm of Solicitors on the lookout for talented legal professionals. At this time, we have been interviewing for legal researchers for other areas of law and those positions are likely to be gone, such has been the standard of applicants.
HOWEVER -
We are looking for highly qualified individuals who have dealt with contested probate matters. Individuals should have extensive feedback, from international law firms in dealing with litigation that ranks very high on the complexity scale and have at least 100 hours billable time through Odesk. This is not a job for hackers.
You are are likely to have no less than 5 years experience and will be either a solicitor/barrister or your country equivalent. Paralegals with top notch feedback will be considered Heavy empahasis on letters of claim, expert research to the standard of those who have taken the bar exams and tremendous drafting/pleadings skills will be required. You will require access to the best databases IE Westlaw/Lexisnexis/lawtel

Please provide an estimate of costs in relation to a fictitious scenario that would involve 10 hours research, appropriate memorandum to counsel and drafting a letter of claim (approx 15 hours total billable time). In other words, we provide the initial findings that you turn into a claim.
