Job Description - Online Administrative Assistant/Virtual Assistant (Home based)

An Outsourcing company is in need of several Virtual Assistants that can work from home for Canadian clients.

Key Responsibilities:
•Managing, creating, documenting and maintaining client files from start to finish
•Facilitate ongoing and open communication with the Executive team and internal and external clients to set up meetings and follow up on deadlines, commitments, and pending matters
•Manage multiple calendars and scheduling requiring a high degree of calendar maintenance and judgment when allocating time
•Email handling
•Handle employee and customer requests and concerns with tact and diplomacy
•Maintain and organize business contact information
•Review, prioritize, and summarize incoming information
•Independently prepare correspondence, reports or company presentations
•Events Planning
•Provide feedback to management concerning possible problems or areas of improvement.
•Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
•Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Skills Requirements:
•Candidate must possess at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate, Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), any field.
•Formal education in Business or related field is a plus
•Knowledge in using General Office software: Ms Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
•Knowledge in Google Applications: Calendar, Contacts, Gmail
•Fluent written and spoken English
•Effective listening skills
•Internet and Technology savvy
•Strong organization skills is a must
•Ability to work independently as a part of a team
•Excellent interpersonal skills and professional demeanor required to interact with the team and clients
•Ability to Multi task
•Outstanding Phone etiquette
•Sharp memory and excellent common sense
•Proficient in research
•Proactive and requires minimal supervision
•Ability to learn quickly in a fast paced environment
•Has a passion for continuing education and constant learning experience
•Has entrepreneurial mindset, and customer focused attitude
•Previous Virtual Assistant experience required

Technical requirements
•Must have High speed internet, no less than 1mbps for download, and .3mbps for upload
•Must be in a quiet environment to ensure professional and undisturbed calls: Headset with Noise cancellation feature will help.
