Growing company in need of a Part-time Assistant (or two) to provide essential support with important projects over the next few weeks. Potential to grow into a Full Time position.
Primary duties will include *(will change in the future if contract is extended)
*Replying to emails and phone calls as necessary (this will be a growing task, but English, as clear as possible, and professionalism is a must)
*Schedule coordination
*Records Management
*Content research and writing
*Document Preparation & Management
*Task Management
*Email campaign management
*Other various duties as assigned
The ideal candidate is a fast learner with a "Get it Done" attitude. Accommodations include a full schedule organizer along with other tools to make your job as simple as possible, so the primary factor we're looking for is someone who is truly computer literate, preferably familiar with popular business systems such as Zoho, Gmail, Google Voice, VoIP, CRM, (proficiency is highly desirable, but training will be provided).
Additionally, the ability to navigate a website back office (in general) is ideal, as well as the ability to expand with our company are key factors we will be looking at. While we may have to experience several VAs in order to find the right fit for our company, our goal is to establish a working relationship with someone who can grow WITH our company and advance to other positions and duties as they become available. We would prefer not to have to start and stop regularly.
