Utility Coordinator

Looking for a Utility Coordinator to handle for properties that we list here in our Real Estate Office.

The job description is:
Turn on and off all utilities. Make sure all bills are paid on time and up to date. This position plans, coordinates and handles all utility questions with the cities in Broward County, FL.

This person works hand in hand with the accounting department to make sure all bills are current and paid accordingly.
