We are a growing website service and architecture provider interested in hiring an english speaking person to be a virtual assistant, customer support specialist and eventually if things go well a sales person.
Successful candidates will possess:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ability to perform internet research on unknown subject matter
- Willingness to work on variety of projects
- Proficiency with office suite, google docs, and adobe pdf products
- University or college degree
- Additional languages is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with Wordpress is a plus, but not required
Role may entail, but not be limited to:
- Aggregating how to guides and FAQs for various online tasks
- Providing real time technical support via chat to users of simple small business websites
- Writing blog posts on small business related content
- Walking clients through a form to collect content for their small business website
Role will begin with part time work ~10 hours / week, but successful candidates can take on additional responsibilities over time and this can eventually be a full time job.
