PROJECT: Organizational Analysis and Reporting of Key Improvement Areas
Module will have two sections to gather information including the following:
1. The ability for responders to complete a 52 question instrument entitled the Ten Key Element Strategy Questionnaire
2. Each question has a rating scale from 1-10
3. At the end of the questionnaire, a total is reflected for the Ten Key Element Areas being evaluated
TKE Area #1 (Vision & Mission) has 5 questions
TKE Area #2 (Roles & Responsibilities) has 8 questions
TKE Area #3 (Standards & Objectives) has 3 questions
TKE Area #4 (Measurement & Tracking) has 18 questions
TKE Area #5 (Incentives & Rewards) has 3 questions
TKE Area #6 (Products & Services) has 3 questions
TKE Area #7 (Service Support & Communications) has 3 questions
TKE Area #8 (Internal Processes to Enhance Quality) has 5 questions
TKE Area #9 (Support Network) has 1 question
TKE Area #10 (Training & Coaching) has 3 questions
4. In addition, at the end of the questionnaire, we want a free-writing text box where responder can type in ideas for improvement
1. The ability for responders to complete 9 additional questions. Each question will have a free-writing text box. Some questions will have four free-writing text boxes.
Q1 - Purpose Will have one free-writing text box.
Q2 - Strengths Will have four free-writing text boxes.
Q3 - Weaknesses Will have four free-writing text boxes.
Q4 - Opportunities Will have four free-writing text boxes.
Q5 - Threats Will have four free-writing text boxes.
Q6 - Challenges (6 months) Will have four free-writing text boxes.
Q7 - Challenges (12 months) Will have four free-writing text boxes.
Q8 - Challenges (24 months) Will have four free-writing text boxes.
Q9 - Response to Challenges Will have one free-writing text boxes.
Module will be able to deliver the following 8 reports:
R1 - Capability Gaps Report (shows scores of the TKE Areas - anything with a score lower that 70% is designated as a Capability Gap (formulas to be provided)
R2 - Feedback of "Ideas For Improvement" by TKE Area
R3 - Purpose Report (from Q1 above)
R4 - Strengths & Opportunities report (from Q2 & Q4)
R5 - Weaknesses & Threats (from Q3 & Q5)
R6, R7 and R8 - Challenges for 6 mos, 12 mos. and 24 mos.
