For the right people this will be an opportunity for ongoing full time, hourly based work.
Ideally you are based in Manila, Philippines as we are opening our new call centre there within the next 3 months.
We have call centres in Brisbane Australia and also Wellington New Zealand. So you will be part of a larger team of people.
You will be working in time zones for; Australia, New Zealand, East Coast USA and UK, where all of our clients are based. We work in many industries so the work stays exciting and fun.
Shift will depend on where we are calling and you will be required different times of the day.
Right now you will need to have ADSL fixed line high speed Internet, a good quality USB headset and will use Voip. We provide all the calling costs and work is all done online live. You must have a quiet place to work no noise, children, dogs barking, loud sounds.
All call are recorded for QA reasons and if all standards are meet monthly bonus will apply. And for the right people the opportunity to become team leaders and move within the company will happen.
We are looking to start 6 people in the next two weeks and be building from there over the next three months a team for up to 30 agents.
