Requirements:
Candidates must:
have at least 1 year telephone sales and customer service experience
be comfortable speaking with people in junior and senior positions over the phone
enjoy conversing with people over the phone
have the ability to empathize with customers
be able to lead a conversation through questioning (or at least willing to learn how)
have experience of working in a business to business sales environment (preferably financial not compulsary)
be flexible and able to follow a methodology
have willingness to train and reinforce sales methodologies to other telemarketing staff
be articulate in her/his spoken and written English
