The Application:
- Application will run on Android
- Will have a backend that an admin would run on a PC
- user groups will be created to properly organize and deploy documents
Workflow of application:
Admin uploads a document (PDF, word doc, etc...) to system and sends it to certain users groups in system. Users would get notification of document on their mobile device, search for it in the menu, read it, and e-sign it. Admin would receive notification that user/whole groups have signed it.
Application will run as a stand alone application, on tablet (no other application will run) It's one of five other modules in application.
