Refund policy -
Time is of the essence for this Order.
It is understood that a 24 hour notice will be given by either party to cancel the project on mutual agreement, if mutual agreement is not arrived at and the design consultant company abandons the project or refuses to provide after sales customer support as decreed in agreement as above The design consultant company may be pursued for the refund of the whole amount paid to him./her.
Commencement of the project shall be the moment from when the deposit is paid to the specified time.
Agreement of contract
The design consultant company will be contracted to satisfy all the above and any other technicalities entwined to enable the above facility by bidding for the project.

Any delays in schedule will enshrine a 10% recurring deduction every 7 days of delay in each task stage !
All payments are only after successful hosting . Hosting to be supported by finding cheapest web space and web name.
