A Leon Krier like image for a new residential estate is required (see attached for examples)
The image will include marina, open space network, housing, retirement village some commercial areas, trees (very basic trees, to keep model size small)
Black and white only, colour not required
Layout and topography will be provided
Buildings should be very basic "blocky" and can be repeated
Model required will be an overall image, fine detail is not required
This is for presentation of a concept, not detail design at this stage, but scale is important
This project is mainly about placement of elements and creating an overall impression
The 3d Krier images (search the web) is the kind of output needed
