Time is of the essence. Marco Polo Digital needs a website designer/coder for a project that must be completed in 2 weeks maximum--no exceptions. Website/development is fairly straight-forward for the individual who speaks the language fluently...not having to translate using aids. That means second nature execution--no problem solving. Clean code/SEO-centric/BEST PRACTICES...Those qualified front of the pack. Those who aren't qualified--don't bother. Normally all website design and development is done in-house. However, as said above, time is of the essence.
