The outcome i want is top rankings in my local market for my keywords and to acquire new clients for my offices.

I also want to get clients using Facebook fan page and PPC.
Google Places / Maps help with creation, optimization, and marketing to get me to #1.
Using Pinterest, Google plus 1, etc
Also i have various consultants in my industry that have trainings and recommendations, these courses and training need to be watched and implemented.
