We are in need of a sms developer to do a really quick and simple app for us. The app needs to grab a keyword, ask a question that is multiple choice, grab and store the answer in a database then after the user answers send them a weblink for a free drink coupon. The app should be able to run on a windows box with a sms modem, or better yet can be on a 3rd party sms platform like twilio etc.
