We expect a very high level of skills, presentation and professionalism. We expect this to turn into a full time position, but it will begin part time as we assess your performance, professionalism and results.
As part of the interview process, we would like candidates to look at a website and give some ideas as to what you would do to it if you were hired. We are not looking for just the standard changes to titles, keywords and content. We are looking for how you would handle this account with an overall plan to get as much relevent traffic to the site as possible. We are not intersted at all in Black Hat techniques.
