Seeking an individual that has experience organizing a data base of contacts, using .csv files coming from different sources. Excel expertise is a must!
I am currently scanning and editing my business cards into neatco for mac then transferring them into addressbook (another mac program).
Then in order to sync with my android phone, I export the data into a .csv file and import them into gmail contacts. Here I believe there is data that is getting lost the files in excel or .csv are not matched up properly.
My contacts also need to be imported into my infusionsoft program which is where I do my email marketing campaigns and crm (customer relationship management). I need these to sync up properly and not lose content.
I'd like to find an individual that can handle cleaning up my data base and have all the .csv files match up properly. Then, I need to have a program built (for a mac platform) that will simplify this process and make everything run smoothly with a few simple clicks.
Please let me know if this sounds like a project that you have the ability to handle and if you have ever had experience in doing so.
