Hello, I am seeking someone who can create a high-res illustration for me (I will need it in specific dimensions since it will be used commercially for a book cover)

The specific image will involve a pirate ship, with a young boy aboard. It will be sailing in the ocean. I will provide exact details upon hire (in regards to positioning, color, etc.)
This will be a full color image.
The style of art I'm looking for is realistic (not 'bubbly/cartoonish').

Applicant who is chosen for this job will need to sign a contract that releases full, exclusive rights of the image to us.
Your name will be credited inside of the publication (not on the actual image), and you will not be able to re-use the image again.
We are seeking someone affordable who is skilled with drawing. This could potentially be a long-term relationship as we will need more projects completed in the future.
