You must have someone that is experienced in Wordpress development. They must be creative. We have no problem using templates if they are customized to what we need.
Communication must be with a strong understanding English. If you are blogging and tweeting and posting articles they need to be proper grammar.
You must be willing to work for the wages of your geographic area and location. This means anywhere from $ 1 to $2 and UP TO $ 3.00 per hour maximum.
