I need an app developed from a set of excel spreadsheets that I use for sales tracking. It will have a few different parts to it. I already have the excel spreadsheets. Your job will be to take the detail and process I use from these spreadsheets, and convert them to an easy to use mobile app (available for android AND IOS) that can be easily synced to a desktop version of the app. I need this developed no later than SATURDAY of this week. Please let me know if you're up to it.
Complete Description of the app:
First, there will be a 'wizard' part that walks a sales rep through several questions (such as 'what is the first step in your sales process' 'what is your second step', etc. . . then 'on average how long does this step take you to accomplish', etc.) There will likely be about 20-50 such questions, which the rep using the app will answer (either via drop-down selections or manual inputs).
The app will need to take the answers to the questions and turn them into a complete sales process that will show how many possible sales a rep might achieve with the amount of time available in a given period (week, month, year). It will also show total possible income for that time period (assuming the rep spends 100% of his time working on the activities in the process). This part should be a one-time setup that is modifiable from time to time if the sales rep wants to change his process or components of it.
As either another part of the app or as part of the original 'wizard' part, the app will ask the sales rep to identify the key parts of his sales process that he wants to track. It will also ask what the rep's monthly sales goal is. The app will calculate how many of each of the selected key process steps will need to be completed (on average) on a daily/weekly basis in order to reach the goal. This part of the app should be completed by the rep on a monthly basis (which is why it should probably be a SECOND wizard--or perhaps, only the sales goal is the part that needs revised each month, and everything else is part of the first wizard--either way is fine with me).
Next, (the part that will be used the most) there should be a dashboard that the rep can use on a daily basis to track how many of each key activities he completes each day. As he tracks his key activities, the app shows how much of the goal he should be reaching. The MAIN (and final) activity being tracked should be 'booked sale'.
Finally, every time a rep books a sale, the app should ask him for the name of the customer, the amount of the sale, and the payment details (i.e. paid or collect, delivery date, quantity--these detail fields should all be selected as a 'wizard' as well ). The app will then keep a detailed record of each sale for the rep, and will give reports on tracking monthly and annual goals based on actual entries.
