Your job is to manage multiple teams of employees that are selling seo services for our company. Our company has some of the best SEO programmers and our clients get great seo results. Our goal now is to expand to new clients. Your job is to manage teams of sales people selling these services.
We typically market by emailing clients directly and phone calls. You will be responsible for meeting with these 5 person sales teams via web chat and online meetings to track goals, results, and help the sales people through online training.
There will be approximately 5 teams of 5 people. They are all paid by commission. you will also be paid by commission. you will receive 10% of all sales of all the teams your managing so its in your best interest to make teams communicate well, are trained, and your always looking to expand.
You will be required to do virtual meetings with the CEO so he can track your goals and results. Please respond with any experience, goals, and results you may have.
