b. Outbound Sales - Phone, Email, Chat
c. Appointment Setting - Providing 15 minute demos on how to set up their account - and how to post jobs
d. Maximizing Social Media - to generate leads ( FB, Twitter, LinkedIn )
e. CMS system to manage all of your leads
f. Excellent Researcher - a knack for finding client contact information through various online resources
