We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with strong English
skills to take calls and manage online orders. You will be speaking directly
to customers to resolve day to day issues in regards to their orders or
answering particular questions they may have about products we sell online.
This work requires a high level of skill in both spoken and written English
as well as good basic math and logic skills. You need to be independent,
capable, task-oriented and comfortable with google docs.
A fast internet connection and phone access is required.
This will be a 20 hr project to test customer skill.
