We are a small service-oriented business in need of a seasonal administrative assistant who is great with Microsoft word and Microsoft excel.
The right candidate will assist with scheduling and customer service follow-up, either on the phone (Grass Hopper) or via email. He/she will be great on the phone - perfect English is a must!
*No cold calls, but you will make calls to confirm appointments.
*You will need to build (with our help) a personal faq file to enable you to answer customer questions.
Prior experience as an office manager/administrative assistant for a service company is a plus.
This would be a great position for work-from-home parents. Please be prepared to provide references.
