I'm looking to create a review site that will enable visitors to write and read reviews about companies in a particular industry.
The site would resemble transportreports.com, thought for a different industry.

Reviews
the main Review page enables visitors to search for reviews by company name via live search. The names of all featured companies will be listed below the prominently displayed search box.
Once the company is selected, the visitor is taken to the chosen company's review page. Each company's review page displays a thumbnail image, corporate headquarters address, city and state, a blurb about the company, and average user rating. There's a "Submit A Review Of This Company" button that takes the visitor to the "Submit A Review" form and auto populates the company name. Below all of that there are reviews previously written by other users. Reviews display a subject line, review date, reviewer name, reviewer's relation to the company (drop down menu with different options such as "client", "employee", etc.), 1-5 star rating and a text review.
Submit A Review
Review submittal form contains reviewer's name, email, reviewer's relation to the company, subject line, company name, 1-5 star review, and a text box for review body. All fields are mandatory. Reviews don't automatically post - they must be approved by the admin first.
Knowledge Bank
Blog/article page for SEO purposes, with all entries sorted the right by title, newest to oldest.
FAQ
List of FAQs with glossary to the right. All FAQs are listed to the right and link to the corresponding answers.

Standard contact form.
