Looking for someone who is very experienced with building Wordpress templates to build a custom template for a new blog. Here are a couple of themes that are similar to what I am looking for (but I will have revisions to these layouts, can send a basic mock-up).

I need to be able to just drop in my own design elements, so just a basic framework. The template must be RESPONSIVE, meaning it should be able to adapt to mobile phones, tablets, etc.
I only have basic HTML knowledge, so must be easy for me to update or change.
