Seeking an experienced attorney that can handle legal research and writing- emphasis on the writing. Candidate should be familiar with drafting pleadings, motions, briefs. Preference will be given to those that are experienced with California law, however you do not have to live in CA or be admitted in CA, just want someone experienced with CA law. The work will be on an ongoing basis that can be adjusted to fit with your schedule, working when you can and when you want when a project is offered to you. This would be hourly work, so please include your expected rate of compensation per hour.
