Possible long-term project. I am searching for freelancer that have experience with databases, visual basic, building web-pages and writing reports. Please send me on private message your short description or your references (maybe web-page or screenshot) with this kind of experience, I will have much easier job at hiring the right person. Please tell me how much time do you need to complete (estimate)?
This report will be more like a list of advices on what is the right decision. In your report must be answered to the questions listed below and for some answers there must should be english references (book(page number), scientific paper, internet page address (wikipedia)...). Report should consist of around 10-20 pages. Some pictures are also desired, but not neceseary. You also agree that I may ask you some short clarifications regarding report if needed, if I will have any longer questions I will pay you for answers.
