Here's a quick overview of what we need ( I will provide more full details if you feel comfortable with this):
an application that runs on samsung galaxy tab(android) which gathers information using:
- input textfields
- dropboxes
- checkboxes
- a google map where you can pin down an area, which gives you a postal code that adds on to a target text field.
- a signature box of free hand/pen drawing
* All of these information can be stored, review, edited and export to googledocs / email /pdf attachement.
