I am seeking a hard working assistant with real estate experience.
My needs are:
research properties and get comparative sales data
cold call prospects and make offers on properties
generate offers along with my input
take and screen calls from potential sellers and buyers
prefer real estate experience with above and familiarity/use with Realquest and/or Freedomsoft and accounts with them.
must have EXCELLENT English and Sales abilities
Will start with less than 10 hours per week but if the work done is very good will quickly push up to 10 hours plus per week
If the work is very good, I will pay you your rate and give bonuses for every deal that is closed.
