Real Estate - Phone Follow Up - Only Warm Leads

We are looking for a self-motivated inside sales agent, who has either a background in phone sales or who can demonstrate good sales skills over the phone, to follow up with WARM prospects that have first called us.

This is a 30-day trial job! If you do well in the first 30 days, we may decide to keep you on longer.

MUST be fluent in English with *NO* foreign accent.

NO COLD CALLING. You are calling people who have opted-in on our website, or called off of our for sale signs, or by some other referral from a past client or sphere of influence.

We will provide you all scripts and dialogues, including our "Inside Sales Agent Playbook". You need to attend our weekly inside sales training calls, and you'll benefit from our reputation as the #3 Keller Williams Realty Team in the Midwest (2010).

We will first assign you back-log of leads that are often ready to book an appointment - these are generally people that came in to our system 6-9 months ago and were 6-9 months out at the time, and so now they are ready to do something.

All leads, tasks, follow up happen within our state-of-the-art database system, so it's vital you have a fast computer, fast internet connection, and know how to use online databases.

You'll also be using our proprietary Gmail and Soft Phone systems, so a headset and microphone for your computer will also be important.

You need to make yourself available to follow up with the leads you are assigned, normally 1-3 hours per day, between the hours of 8:30AM to 8:00PM Central United States time, Monday - Saturday.

You also can sign up for "new/hot leads" which requires you to be near your computer and call those leads back in under 5 minutes - this is optional, not required, but you may find you get many additional appointments by signing up for these "new/hot leads" time slots.

We expect you to attempt contacting a lead at least 9 times, on different times of day, different days of the week, different phone numbers, within the first 9 days. You will then need to do further follow up with leads that we have met with, but haven't yet decided to hire our team.

PAY - we are paying strictly on performance. $15 per appointment booked, and another $25 when the outside agent takes the listing (gets them to sign paperwork with us). For every hour you work, you should be able to book 1 appointment. And for every 2 appointments, you should get 1 listing. So, for 1 hours work, that's $15 for 1 appointment, and half of a $25 listing fee, or $12.50, equals $27.50 per hour. There are agents on our team who can book 2 or 3 appointments per hour. It's all up to your skills and how focused you are on learning the scripts and dialogues and quickly following up with as many people as possible. You'll be paid monthly, via Odesk, after we review our sales task records.

We have backlog of leads to assign you to begin with, in addition to our daily leads that we will be assigning you.

This is a great position for anyone who is a warm and caring person, who can convey professionalism over the phone, and is looking to take their phone sales skills to the next level. We are a growing real estate team looking to quickly expand throughout the Twin Cities, and even other cities in the next 3-5 years, so you could really get in at ground level and grow in to other positions with the team as they arise.
