Needed: Real Estate Investor Assistant willing to primarily make telemarketing calls to generate leads for real estate investment business. Must have excellent communication skills, particularly telephone, and be able to work diligently to find leads. Part time is OK and stay at home Mom is fine. Also must be able to work on the internet to find some of the leads to call and then document calls on Excel. Calls will be made from a script and relatively short in nature. The primary purpose of the calls is simply to determine if lead qualifies to be passed on to the investor.
