Real Estate Assistant For Data Entry, Scheduling Utilities - 40 Hr A Week Position, Ongoing

We are a US based real estate company looking for reliable assistants to work full time to support our real estate needs. There are currently two positions available, both will be full time and require a similar skill set.

Job Requirements:
1. Be available from 8am to 4 or 5pm US Eastern Time
2. Have reliable internet - we should be able to communicate with you throughout the normal business day. If your internet is frequently down, we cannot hire you
3. English speaking and writing skills are very important
4. Ability to navigate different websites to pull or enter data

Job Description:
You will be working directly with a manager who will be sending you assignments throughout the day. Those assignments will include entering information into a MLS website, calling to schedule the activation of utilities at foreclosed properties, making price changes or data changes to MLS listings, entering information into a BPO report, emailing updates on sales to outside agents. We will provide you with an email account and Skype account for making US calls. Some days will be busier than others but we are a high production real estate office who are fun to work for!
