I will initially hire you for 10-20 hours in 1 week, if we work well together, I will gladly extend the opportunity long term. I am looking for a LONG TERM working relationship.
You are needed for:
Seller & Buyer Marketing
Minor Administrative Tasks (such as tracking lead progress in excel)
It is ok if you do not have real estate experience. I can train. I just need a quality individual that is willing to learn and willing to devote the time and wants to grow with me. I will provide the scripts to say and the training.
Scour websites like Craigslist, etc to find potential sellers/or people looking for renters.
Generate leads by posting on craigslist, backpage, etc
Call, email, text blast these potential sellers and get properties under contract
Update Websites (Craigslist, RealEstateBook, etc) with properties for sale:
Taking assignments via email or skype discussions
Posting pictures of properties
Filling out Online Forms
Researching sellers on FSBO, Craigslist websites
Making calls to prospective sellers
Tracking progress via spreadsheets and emails
Must be able to MAKE OUTBOUND CALLS TO UNITED STATES
Must be familiar with facebook, skype, google voice;
Able to use FTP client like Filezilla
Available on Skype during work hours Mon-Fri 10am - 3pm .. No EXCEPTIONS
Assignments must be completed real time without delays
Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)
Must be a fast learner.
Must have a reliable internet connection
I'm not a jerk boss and frequently give time off IF weekly goals are completed.
I will be paying the hourly wage, plus a bonus for each deal closed. If you are motivated by being bonused, this is the job for you.
