We are a small eCommerce business looking for someone on an ongoing basis to manage our bookkeeping and accounting. The job will involve:
1. Entering and reconciling bank statements into QuickBooks
2. Invoicing the finished goods that are sold to customers
4. Recording expenses to track trends and for reimbursement
We are looking for a detail-oriented contractor that has previous accounting or bookkeeping experience along with:
1. Strong familiarity with QuickBooks
2. An understanding of manufacturing with emphasis on the financial aspects
4. Good analytical skills and ability to communicate effectively
Our sales data will be provided in an excel spread sheet. You must understand how to bulk import this data. Our expenses are currently listed on our bank statements, so you will be responsible to getting this data into quick books.
We are several months behind on our books.
This work needs to be completed within 1 to 2 weeks time.
