I am looking for somebody to create a step-by-step lesson on how to create a new theme/skin for vBulletin 4. Beginning with an existing Photoshop design, and then taking that design and CODING it to make it work in vBulletin. The final lesson should show how to create the theme XML file to import into vBulletin.
I need somebody that has experience with this and can give me a step by step tutorial.
